Our story
EXPERIENCED AND RELIABLE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR
B. Benton & Co. is owned and operated by President Bret Benton. Bret is a native to eastern North Carolina and a graduate of East Carolina University’s Construction Management program. Upon graduation, Bret setout to obtain as much knowledge as possible in the heavy civil construction industry working for some of the most reputable construction firms in the south east, to hopefully open his own firm one day. The knowledge and skill sets he gained from those firms allowed Bret to make his dream a reality In April of 2018. Bret holds an Intermediate North Carolina General Contractor’s license in utilities, highway and general builders.
